3.35pm York to Whitby train passing overgrown siding and loading platform at Castle Howard Station. The Fairburn 2-6-4T 42085 locomotive was built in Brighton in 1951 and based between Whitby and Scarborough from 1955 until 1961. The locomotive survived and found its current home at Lakeside and Haverthwaite Railway.
